Occupancy
The Sonnenchalet accommodates 2 adults and one small child in a baby travel bed. The Sun House can host a maximum of 8 guests (including the Sonnenapartement).
Overnight guests are only allowed after prior arrangement, subject to availability, and payment of the tourist tax and fees.
Day guests, kindly register in advance.

Unfortunately not
The Sonnenchalet and the Sonnenhaus are smoke-free properties. Unfortunately, Bailey or Buddy must also remain at home.

In order to provide you with a comprehensive quote, we require the number of adults traveling, the number of accompanying children (with their ages at the time of the trip), and your preferred travel dates.
General
The listed prices cover electricity, heating, water, towels, bed linens, and bathrobes (available upon request), as well as the final cleaning. The tourist tax (local and seasonal rate) will be invoiced separately upon your arrival.

The holiday homes will be ready for your arrival from 3:00 PM on your first day of vacation.
We kindly request that you vacate the house by 10:30 AM on your last day of vacation

The Sonnenchalet and Sonnenhaus vacation homes are situated at the end of an exceptionally peaceful cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Ludwigshafen. Perched atop a hill, both residences provide picturesque vistas of the encompassing woodlands, orchards, and Lake Constance.
The town center, train station, hiking and cycling trails, beach, and lakeside promenade are all within easy walking distance from the Sonnenchalet and Sonnenhaus.
